AYHA and its Board of Directors hold monthly meetings on the second Monday of each month at 8pm unless otherwise noted here.  Meetings are no longer held via Zoom.  Our meetings will now be held at the Tavern in Queensbury until we are able to hold them again at the Cool Insuring Arena.  Meeting duration varies. Please email secretary@adkhockey.com at least one day prior with your interest and intentions of attending.  The meetings are open to all hockey families and guests.  We welcome and strongly encourage you to attend and volunteer. 

Due to Columbus Day, our October 2024 board meeting will be Monday, October 7th.
